Baradoku Privacy Policy

Formerly published as Capydoku · Last updated: August 10, 2026

Baradoku is a capybara-themed puzzle game for Android, distributed through Google Play. This policy explains what data the game touches, what never leaves your device, and the choices you have. It is written in plain language on purpose.

1. Information we collect

Stored on your device

All gameplay progress - levels, scores, streaks, your capybara collection, and settings - is stored locally on your device and never uploaded anywhere. We cannot see it. The game uses no analytics SDK and no crash-reporting SDK, and no account is required to play.

Advertising

Baradoku shows interstitial ads and optional rewarded ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device advertising identifiers and related device information and use them in line with Google’s advertising policies. Where required, consent is collected through Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) when you first launch the game.

Purchases

The game offers two one-time in-app purchases (remove ads, and the auto-X assist), processed by Google Play Billing. We receive purchase entitlements from Google Play so the game knows what you own. We never see or store your payment card details - Google Play handles all payment data.

Player profiles

If you create an optional player profile for the online friends feature, we store the profile data described in section 4. If you never create a profile, none of that data exists.

2. How we use information

We use the data above only to:

We do not sell your data, and we do not build advertising or marketing profiles beyond what is described here.

3. Sharing and third parties

We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing. The following processors are involved in running the game:

4. Player profiles and friends

The friends feature is optional. If you create a player profile, it is powered by Google Firebase: an anonymous Firebase Authentication sign-in plus Cloud Firestore storage. We store:

Your username and campaign level are visible to players you befriend - that is the point of the feature. Because your username is shown to others, don’t use your real name if you don’t want it visible.

Friend invites may carry a friend code through a Google Play install referrer link, so that a friend who installs the game from your invite can be connected to you.

5. Data retention

6. Children’s privacy

Baradoku is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at the address below and we will delete it.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA-style laws), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal data. You can:

8. Deleting your profile

If you created a player profile, you can delete it in the app under Settings once player profiles are available, or request deletion at any time via our account deletion request page. Deletion removes your profile, your username reservation, and your friend links.
